Taxation

1. Monitoring of tax filing requirements;
2. Computation, e-filing, and payment of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax requirements like VAT or Percentage tax, Withholding taxes, and Income tax;
3. Preparation of other tax returns as required in the BIR Certificate of Registration (COR);
4. Preparation of Annual Registration Fee (BIR Form 0605);

Accounting and Bookkeeping

1. Preparation of the Excel version of accounting books and records. Actual writing on physical BIR accredited accounting books, to be done by taxpayer or his/her staff, with assistance and guidance of Thinktank;

Audit and Consultancy

1. Assistance in the preparation of the Audited Financial Statements. Additional fees shall be charged annually for the conduct of audit and auditor’s sign off;
2. Consultancy on tax and accounting matters;

These services shall be rendered by a team of at least one (1) Senior Accountant, one (1) Junior Accountant, and one (1) Liaison Officer.
