Description

Fees
The annual recurring fees will be automatically billed once expired unless OfficeWorks receives a 30-day notice before expiration. The rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery
Day 1 of the delivery of the project commences once the Client submits ALL content (text and images). Partial submission is acceptable, but the delivery schedule will only start when all content has been given.

Access Permissions
The client will have an Administrator Account or Content Management System (CMS) access, which will allow them to edit information and/ or upload products (applicable to e-commerce websites only). If Client avails any of the following: FREE Facebook account and business page, Digital Marketing, AdWords Add-on or Carousel Ads Add-on Package, OfficeWorks will have shared access to the accounts of the Client to execute the service.

Limited Liability and Intellectual Property Rights
Any material submitted by the Client should be rightfully owned and licensed. It must not contain anything abusive or unethical such as but are not limited to nudity, violation of privacy, pornography, computer viruses, harassment, illegal activities, spamming, etc. The Client will take full responsibility for all the materials published on their website.

Exclusions

a. Data-Entry Job. Some of our Web Packages come with a free data-entry job. If you exceed beyond the products specified in your package, you may avail of our data-entry job service amounting to Php 1,000 per man-hour, for 8 hours workload a day. This will be billed once the encoding job has been finished.

b. Third-Party Plugins. Some of our themes have integrated plugins. If an additional plugin is required, OfficeWorks will inform the Client, and the Client shall approve and pay for the additional charges before any changes will be made. If you request to integrate a free Third Party Plugin, we will comply without cost. However, OfficeWorks will not be held liable if any problem occurs as a result of the plugin installation.

Support
Support will be conducted via phone, email, Skype, remote access software, or onsite visit, depending on the availability of both parties. This support includes page content, image and contact form editing, uploading of banners, videos, page management (i.e add, edit, delete page), and page navigation.
